INFORMATION FOR WHISTLEBLOWERS
On this page, you will find information about our whistleblower system.
We offer our employees, customers, and suppliers the opportunity to report violations related to professional, business, or official activities to our internal reporting office in accordance with the German Whistleblower Protection Act and the EU Whistleblower Directive 2019/1937.
Our internal reporting office is operated by our service provider, the CAD Institute for Compliance, Labor Law, and Data Protection, using a digital whistleblower platform that ensures complete confidentiality and, if necessary, anonymity.
The main objectives of our whistleblower system are:
- Protection of trust through discreet handling of the identity and reports from whistleblowers
- Prohibition of unjustified disadvantages such as dismissal, reprimand, denial of promotion, or bullying (retaliation)
- Avoidance of liability claims and damage to our company’s reputation
For more detailed information about our whistleblower system, please refer to our internal whistleblower policy, which you can view here.
If you have substantiated suspicions, knowledge, information, or similar regarding actual or possible violations and would like to report them confidentially, please contact our internal reporting office using the following link:
Important note: We recommend that you do not submit your report using a company device (PC, smartphone, etc.) to avoid traceability when accessing the reporting platform. By using the link, you will leave our company website. Please note the details of the reporting process and information on data protection, etc., after accessing the digital whistleblower platform.
